How often cleaning needs to be done depends on the size and amount of activity on the site. Most people choose a minimum of twice a week, where on larger construction cases with 15+ units it may be relevant with 3 to 4 times weekly. Alternatively, you can choose individual days only for replenishment to ensure that you do not run out of materials.
Yes. Most of them get cleaned outside normal working hours. Please let us know the desired time and we will include it in the offer. We solve tasks at all hours of the day.
Yes. You will always have a permanent assistant, so that both you and the assistant know the routines and feel safe.
There must be water, light and power available unless otherwise agreed. It is always an advantage to clear as much as possible for the best result.
Our main activity is in Zealand, but we have and are happy to take assignments in Funen and in Jutland.

We price final cleaning per m². Send floor plans to kobergs@kobergs.dk with a brief description of the task. If windows are to be plastered, we will also need facade drawings.

It varies according to the task. We can provide sustainable products and have experience with DGNB certifications. For special chemical requirements, these must be sent in writing prior to start-up.
