Frequency & scheduling of cleaning

How often should a construction site be cleaned?
How often cleaning needs to be done depends on the size and amount of activity on the site. Most people choose a minimum of twice a week, where on larger construction cases with 15+ units it may be relevant with 3 to 4 times weekly. Alternatively, you can choose individual days only for replenishment to ensure that you do not run out of materials.
Can you clean outside of working hours?
Yes. Most of them get cleaned outside normal working hours. Please let us know the desired time and we will include it in the offer. We solve tasks at all hours of the day.
Do I get a permanent attached cleaning assistant?
Yes. You will always have a permanent assistant, so that both you and the assistant know the routines and feel safe.
Do I have to do something before you get here?
There must be water, light and power available unless otherwise agreed. It is always an advantage to clear as much as possible for the best result.
What areas of the country do you cover?
Our main activity is in Zealand, but we have and are happy to take assignments in Funen and in Jutland.

How much does cleaning a scrubber cart cost?
The price depends on the location and frequency of cleaning. Call us and you'll get a price the same day.
How much does final cleaning cost per m²?
We price final cleaning per m². Send floor plans to kobergs@kobergs.dk with a brief description of the task. If windows are to be plastered, we will also need facade drawings.

What is included in standard cleaning?
Our routine cleaning includes:
• Trash emptying
• Wiping cleared tables and horizontal surfaces
• Cleaning the sink
• Cleaning the toilet
• Vacuuming
• Floor washing
• Filling of toilet paper, wiping paper and hand soap
What cleaning products do you use?
It varies according to the task. We can provide sustainable products and have experience with DGNB certifications. For special chemical requirements, these must be sent in writing prior to start-up.
What does a workman entail?
A workman is a versatile, unskilled employee who can solve many practical tasks on the construction site: cleaning, access roads, cordons, moving materials, removing water, etc.
Do you supply and handle materials?
Yes. We have access to a wide range of consumables and machines that can be rented or delivered. We handle materials for 99% of our scouring towns — procurement, delivery and distribution.
